• Have a family and spend time with them.
• Write about what you learn and share it with others.
• Treat others with kindness, or at the very least, charity.
• Help your community and give back where you can.
• Find something useful to work on.
• Try not to let any of the above interfere with any other. In case of conflict, prioritize family above all else.
• Repeat the above every day.
